Great tenant experience

A bit of sunshine .  I just did the final walk thru on a unit . A 2 /1 in a B plus neighborhood . A single father with a daughter . The place was spotless .  Him and his girlfriend were wiping down the kitchen when I  got there . I was going down to the laundry room and he told me to stop at the bottom stem , he just repainted the concrete floor because he spilled stuff on it and it bothered him . It is move in ready . They had a 12 pack there and we sat there talking and enjoyed a few adult beverages . He said he would come back and cut the grass tomorrow , I told him thats not necessary I will take care of it .  I told him to expect certified mail for his deposit , he will get it all back .  An excellent tenant from start to finish .
