If they don't come up as non-deliverable there is a problem with the letter carrier and it should be reported to the ombudsman at the general headquarters of the USPS.

I would run a campaign with both and test them for your market to see if the improved response rates justifies the cost.Depending on the type of list your mailing, you can even do carrier route mailings.

The insurance carrier can decide to move forward with coverage at their discretion but were I adjusting this loss, I would report the drug activity of the tenant as the cause of the loss.The question now is whether or not there is an exclusion for damage caused by the manufacture of illegal drugs.

., I would lose the ability to insure my rentals using my current carrier and would probably have to transfer everything over to a business underwriter (no doubt adding a great deal of cost).
