I am betting 9 to 1 there is a laundry list at city hall waiting for you, I have personally seen it in a 84 unit purchase, the day after closing the city stepped in with more then 200 items ranging from fire code out of compliance for building access drives too the parking lot grade and maintenance.

I agree with @SteveVaughan I think wealth is a state of mind too, the way u think which effects what u do, I'm a massive fan of Robert and Kim Kiyosaki and they are big on "how long can u live without working"...money working for u, that's why the middle class is a delusion to me, it's either poor or rich and I choose to be rich!
