[It is currently empty] Both units have a space for a small stackable washer/dryer BUT there are no dryer ducts/exhausts/vent AND in the upstairs unit the plug would need replaced [it doesn't work and the inspector doesn't know why]I don't plan to buy washer and dryer because of the other expenses we already have [new flooring, plug for downstairs stove, need downstairs appliances] putting us near the top of what we can spend right now, but if I put in the new plug and ductwork, they could potentially buy their own.This is not a high rent area [think 05, 09, 13], but what do you think the positive/negative impact on rents would be to either: a) not repairing plug or adding vent and saying, "Sorry, no washer/dryer" or b) repairing it so they have the option if THEY want to spend the money.I would love to do it just to make my units nicer, but I have to be cognizant of what I'm currently spending.

Got so upset that in the end, he refused the fridge entirely- and disconnected it (his 3rd one), and threw away brand new stove burners that I purchased for his personal ($$) stove.

Bought a stove, $426.

If the cabinet doors are in good shape just paint them, replace the sink and piping, get a new dishwasher, stove and vent hood and that's done. 

That of Course includes electric stove and range top as well.

Are there typically any laws around having a stove in the garage? 

Recently my property manager told me that a unit need a new stove replacement(600 bucks) , which was replaced brand new 6 months back and when we inspected that found that the flooring guy pulled the stove out and cause a wire loose.

Just trying to mend some bridges here :D :lol:

Home Depot is having a 40% Fourth of July sale on appliances.For what it's worth, I have a rental where it took me 3 months to get stove and refrigerator from Lowe's  (it took them that long to deliver it - I was not happy).  

,- Wood stove and massive wooden base on the second floor that needs to go so the insurance will cover he house.
