I just think you did a cheap renovation and it shows, I mean you painted over wood panel, no granite in the kitchen, old cabinets w no knobs, you didn't open up the space between the living room and the dining room, you didn't tile the bathroom shower, who knows what the vanity looks like and its a 2bd/1 bth with a house in a not great area.

Have you thought about converting to stackable washer/dryer units which would then allow you to reconfigure that closet to add more storage or move the fridge without having to bump out into the dining area?

So there will HAVE to be a sizable reduction in costs / employee count for many of the theme park, dining, convention and entertainment establishments as they learn how to be profitable with fewer customers.A reduction in jobs and vacationers will put downward pressure on our local real estate values I fear.
