What would you know, after a 30 minute conversation we were ready to sign a purchase agreement and both agree on what the breakdown in communication was… I’ll let you guess what that breakdown was.This is the part where our agent lost me completely, we got the electronic purchase agreement from the builder’s agent and as I started to read the agreement I noticed our agent already signed it which seemed very strange.
