there is bot one magic solution… I just deleted an email from the MLS that would be a perfect flip close to your location… Foreclosure auctions are a good place to start also, but would require substantial knowledge -  and without that knowledge, your risk would be exponentially higher than purchasing from the MLS -  partnering is also a good place to start if you can find someone willing to take you under their wing -  The bottom line---you don't know if you can swim until you jump in the water

I am sure that deleting the $1,200 monthly car payment will mean at least 100K more in buying power for a future cash flowing mortgage. 

You are looking to get rid of negatives on your report.There are ways to get things off of your account with a "payment for deletion".

@Mike Mosby I used a combination of pay for delete calls, goodwill letters and emails, and started out with a little secured credit card with a $300 limit :)

If i were to delete that field my count goes back up to 1000 +.  

(I also recommend that you delete this post immediately - if doing so is possible).
