Even if you are not an accredited investor there are groups out there that take investments as small as 10-25k increments and pay you 7-10% annually on a monthly or quarterly basis with total upside of close to 20-25% during a five year hold period.

Reg D 506 C is only for accredited investors however you can advertise so that is a plus Rule 506 B allows you to raise from a pool of 35 contacts you know so that might be the way to go.
