I've had this on quite a few occasions @Eric Benzenhoefer - and it seems like @Josh James knows what he's talking about with regard to legal descriptions (might be worth getting more of his input as well).I recently came across this problem with a property in New Mexico that was out in the middle of nowhere.

I'm referring to the original post and how silly it is that these "business" people think they can see a CL ad for a home I have listed in Indy, when they are from say, Alabama, and then remarket it at a higher price without even getting it under contract or anything of the sort.I still use CL on occasion.

Then on occasion, when I get a new credit card offer with a bonus signup when you spend X amount in the first 3 months - I will open the new card, do the minimum spend to get the bonus points, then go back and cancel the card before the first year renewal.I recently got offered the Lowe's business AMEX reward card, you still get the 5% off at lowes plus you earn points for AMEX rewards.
