Just get a septic inspection and a few estimates to present to the bank I did that on a property a while back and got a reduced price I also got a 3 bid afterwards and found out the septic was still good just some roots in the line You should get the property under contract and then present the reports during your due diligence period.

A lot of changes are happening in various areas of the city, the police are patrolling more, neighbors are forming task force to reduce crime, business are moving in & increasing property values.You need to remember, some people live in these areas because that is where they grew up, that is where they feel comfortable with, they have family there, their roots are there,  A lot of these areas have really good people living there who are trying to get by.

These folks are so deeply rooted, it is extremely difficult to fight them.So we just work within their political system.
