If it was an unusual event and happened by pure accident, we would probably not.

Cleaners have dealt with a few accidents here and there on floors(LVP) or throw  rugs.

You're only asking for problems if an accident happens on the property. 2.)

You could have given her a 30 day notice without sending her beloved pet to the pound.What if a tenant had an accident and needed a service animal?

I mean I can understand accidently being on someone's land but not "accidently" breaking into their house and living there.
