I included cozy bedding, cards and board games for all ages, outdoor chairs, marshmallow roasting sticks, as well as a welcome pack including a variety of hot drinks and s'mores ingredients for the cooler nights, which will be coming next month.

I just recently started using Cozy only because I use them to collect rents and already had my tenants creating Cozy accounts anyways.

i do too, and would likely evenmoreso if/when i were to go blind or something. but, dogs of any type, will still be dogs. dogs that can and do bark, bite, and last but not least, damage. and in my experience already so far i've seen lots of huge german sheperds and the like, confined to tiny inner city apartments in high rise buildings and the nearby parks littered with bits and bits of what each 'curb' day in and day out missed, which ads up to alot of stinky poop!

I informed him he was even if he had to leave on his head, it got very intense, but I won :) the next day her crackhead stepson came over and I told him if he could confine his stepmom to take the public assistance and mover her stuff out by midnight I would give him a hundred dollars.

I've discussed with a lender about financing a deal and they seem cozy with me, so are they (seller) usually willing to entertain a different way of paying for it or is it "show up with cash and that's it".
