We are now long distance after being stationed as DOD employees with the Army in Italy and now back in D.

It's a great thing, especially since I'll be working upwards of 16 hour days in the army but 10% is a lot once you start getting into big properties.I won't be able to get into the expensive apartments for a long while, so I guess I'll try to finance duplexes and things of the sort, and then possibly sell them after a few years if I find a great deal on a large apartment?

I am in the Army and started spending my free time learning about real estate.
