I found this deal via Internet searches and visited the neighborhood in order to determine the opportunity available. That is when I discovered a vast amount of opportunity of now and in the coming years

We are now marketing to build hundreds of single-family homes, as well as duplexes, quadplexes and larger multi-family opportunities.
