Sorry for the double post -- I actually find most of the realtors I work with are pretty adequate (not that I work with them often).I think if done right, wholesales and realtors can not only co-exist but thrive.

People can entirely abandon one part of a city and yet the rest of the city may be thriving.

I can read books, listen to podcast and webinars until I’m blue in the face but once I get my hands dirty and some experience I tend to thrive.
