Hey everyone just wanted to introduce myself to anyone in the Cleveland, Ohio. I'm 22 years old & have 1 rental I'm renting out in the maple heights area. If you have any advice or pointers for someone starting out feel free to contact me. My goal is to have 3 units total by the end of 2016 so I have 1 year to close on a duplex.
