I would've put every penny in stocks and crypto and then sold everything off in early fall 2021.From a pure real estate perspective, I would've house hacked for a few years and bought a primary residence a year a year or two earlier than when I got it in 2016.

So it’s really hard to think of mutual funds as much of a “value driven hedge”...you probably don’t want to hide gold bars under your bed...bonds don’t pay squat...good luck with crypto...etc.

I am getting the processes streamlined where I spend about 2 hrs for each turn over x 6 a year, so I think about 12 hours. 

And everything is streamlined into my portfolio management platform.

Good luckTrue, but unfortunately there has been asset inflation on all real estate investment alternatives also… the stock market, crypto, etc.  

Our PM software Streamline does most accounting functions for us so the bookkeeper we hired can do the rest.

Should I manage it first, then pass it onto a vompany, or do property Management companies have systems in place that will help me streamline my processes, and increase my chances for success?
