Department of Social Services Housing Voucher Management Software

I have a couple of properties that house tenants that provide me with housing vouchers from DSS. I'm wondering if anyone has come across software that would help manage the intake of tenants and keep track of stays/vouchers. There's a lot of manual work to be done (inputting vouchers, calculating the stays and how much is owed, etc..)  at the moment and while thinking of scaling the business I'm looking for ways to help automate and streamline the process. I should point out that I am managing these properties remotely, and I have someone on site who is there for the day-to-day and accepts the new tenants. As this is not your typical landlording that would require a typical property management software, just wondering if there is something out there. Thanks so much!
