You mentioned this house is '20s--the '20s and '30s were arguably the greatest era of American architecture, and there are some incredible homes from that time period!

., or even your local community college for a drafter will most likely not get you to what you need.I will add that you also won’t need to hire a large architecture & engineering firm for this.
