Hello all. I've been contemplating real estate investment and development for quite awhile now. I'm looking to start in the greater DFW area and possibly Oklahoma City if possible.

I work in an architectural firm in Ft. Worth, Texas and will be licensed within this year and hope to leverage my knowledge of the construction industry into creating new opportunities within real estate.

I'm interested in Fix and Flips and Buy and Hold properties. I currently own a home through marriage that I'm looking to sale that I've lived in for 1-1/2 years. I don't consider it my first deal but now that I'm more committed to starting my investment journey, I'm definitely taking any hardships presented and using them as opportunities to learn. Hopefully I can get a little money out of the sale to fund my first deal.

I look forward to breaking out of my shell and interacting, learning, and possibly networking in the future.

Thank you.
