I can have a 100k month, then have dinner with a friend that does 20 million per year in another business( obviously not flipping real estate, LOL) and feel like a complete looser.

It is like trying to cook dinner for 50 older people.

I cannot tell you how many times I have met other couples for dinner or whatever and I am the only person who opened my wife's door.
