I'm sure many of you have seen all the electric scooters (Bird, Lime, Spin) show up in many cities.

I do realize one can start with less initial investment with GC and he pays a great return, but does he spin off millionaires? 

Feel like my head is spinning a million places.

I love to see the passion that everyone brings to the table and puts their own individual spin on it.  

I'm 35, have had a couple businesses, and depending on how you want to spin it, have either had a successful life or have F*cked up spectacularly.

I kinda have come to the conclusion that in the real estate game, its the buy that makes you money (everyone says this common saying), but you get to keep playing the game if you dont push all of your chips on the table on any spin of the roulette wheel.
