Account Closed - I believe you could have rephrased to say:"I think that after you use carpet, you will lament" and it would have been a little less subtle ;)But seriously (kinda) - I think that after you use laminate, you will celebrate.The laminate products out there will last longer, be more robust, will be easier to clean between tenants, etc.

PS: Regarding the county folks: as you probably know, they fired all of the alcoholics (Craig Ladiser), felons (Pam Miller) and philanderers (Aaron Reardon), so you should be able to get your public records pretty much hassle-free!
