Rehabs: Simple vs. Complex and Cost Efficiency
Helped my dad with a rehab over the last few weeks. He definately likes to go the difficult way (going with a hodgepodge of reliable/some not so reliable rehab workers) but it ends up costing less. Are the headaches worth it? I'm still not sure! Discuss...

I typically use "handymen" who I know are reliable. They are a LOT less expensive than hiring a GC.
