Why you'd think men are all slobs and women are all neat freaks is bewildering.

I think being a woman could be an advantage for you since I think people perceive women as inherently more trustworthy.As long as you don't treat people poorly, they will often be happy to talk to you and help you.I've seen property buyers come in and talk down to people, and that's a recipe for failure.Remember, sugar instead of vinegar...

So here is the deal, one of my very good friend is going through a rough marriage and lately he is been involved in an affair with another women for about 6 months now.

TV commercials and shows are constantly portraying women as being intelligent and efficient while men are shown as lazy, clueless buffoons.

I had calendars of scantily clad women doing construction printed, I sent them to every company that I had their contractors renting from me.

I remember years ago mine wanted us to take French Cooking classes & I absolutely balked.But the class was full of attractive women, a couple of interesting 'males' & a lot of good wine, so we had a blast.
