Everything including shoes, clothes, etc will have tiny particles on them.  

Dress in plain casual Clothes .

Buy used clothes.

The food and drinks there are cheap, but the cost of clothing, cars, etc. are all imported and priced similarly to what you'd pay here in the states.

All of her clothes are in plastic bags throughout the apartment.  

Here in Tennessee we too have a law that gives tenancy rights after one-night of sleeping over, so long as they have personal belongings with them (clothes, toothbrush, etc.).

The heirs would have a claim on any personal property, and if you should find something of value, or extreme value you should handle carefully, maybe storing safely and protecting it for an heir who might come forward.We got a house that was packed with furniture, clothes, household goods and even food. 

Whether it causes structural problems or not, I don't know, but the dampness that allows it to grow there--mold is alive-- will.Mold causes numerous health problems, many respiratory.

Local residents should take initiative to fix their own neighborhoods and lives.Maybe I'm cold and believe that people should be responsible for their own lives-- and in the slums, that could mean 80 hours a week, getting off welfare, educating oneself, skimping by on Ramen and having no TV/phone/cable/other luxury service or goods, shopping thrift stores for clothes, not smoking or drinking (expensive), not going out to eat or to clubs or movies when poverty-striken on welfare, cutting all expenses when on welfare and taking any job that's offered, making wise choices, and moving away from the slums.
