if you have existing homes make sure you get permission to replace them from the planning department and building department and health department before you do any demo..

Demo-ing everything to the studs will likely cost a lot more than leaving what you can. 

Option 1 is you get a foundation company to come in, jack the house, demo, and pour a new foundation. 

I'm impressed with their setup, demo Zoom video, schedules, and experience. 

I have a demo set up with them on Sunday so maybe I’ll change my opinion but for now, it’s not the right fit.  

Usually they can see in your windows or see your trash piles as evidence of demo.

They have demoed kitchens and bathrooms and decks. 

Have learned to add demo cost to this as well usually $2-3/sf on a complete demo.I wouldn’t expect a contractor to take that kind of time investment on a maybe unless there was a strong relationship or partnership already in place.

Take advantage of their demos and see which one you feel more comfortable with, it's basically just personal preference because they are all good.
