His SIL (contractor) went in & tore it back to the stone & sprayed insulation on the stone walls.

The more this deal progressed I learned there were three other siblings, their spouses and other relatives all with their hand in the cookie jar on this deal and they wanted it closed ASAP.

Every other month or so on my systems I flush half a jar of Fleischmann's yeast down the toilet to, for lack of a better term, supercharge the bacteria that are already in the system.

The other tenants want action, so I will pay a local company $450 to come in and spray, but it really wont do anything with that unit is utter distress.
