Hello, just listened to BP 331 with Ashley Hamilton. Last september we went out on a limb and also purchased properties in Detroit on tax auction. This is our first real estate investment as we are a small business owners all the way in Brooklyn New York and have never even been to Detroit. So wondering how we can find the true value of what we have so we can consider what the next steps are. We have already been receiving solicitations in the mail.
