There's a lot of commercial building going on (shopping centers/major grocery stores/Hospitals & Urgent care centers etc. ) to accommodate the influx of people.There is also a lot of growth in Poinciana (adjacent to Kissimmee) with major development plans too.

Vulcan's retail / grocery store project on 23rd and Jackson will open this year, and the lightrail on 23rd and 1-90 will open in 2023, both of which should increase rental demand and RE prices.
