There's a lot of commercial building going on (shopping centers/major grocery stores/Hospitals & Urgent care centers etc. ) to accommodate the influx of people.There is also a lot of growth in Poinciana (adjacent to Kissimmee) with major development plans too.  

The real estate market isn't a grocery store, and list price is just a made up number that the listing agent and the seller decided on together.

You can also leave some flyers on the ad stands in the grocery stores.

Do people just walk into the grocery store and pick what they need and walk out without paying? 

This applies to all things, including grocery shopping.

Think wall standards like we've seen in grocery stores....that type of design. 

It will definitely be an added expense that would come out of my commission in the end, but for families that are already struggling, that extra $250 after they have just gotten out from under a bad situation might be a big help (groceries, catch up on a bill, maybe do something fun to celebrate).

Vulcan's retail / grocery store project on 23rd and Jackson will open this year, and the lightrail on 23rd and 1-90 will open in 2023, both of which should increase rental demand and RE prices.
