The bad eggs will try to take advantage of you early on in small ways and see how you will react and how far they can push you.

I really try to not get involved with the tenants but at this point I’m not sure how to react.  

Tampa is a great place as I'm a native but our biggest issue faulting most flippers is terrible contractors.
