Embarking on my RE journey and looking to connect - OOS investor Dallas/Houston area

Hi BP Community! 

I've been circling the real estate waters for several years now, and am finally ready to dive in (of course at one of the most unpredictable times in RE (insert eye roll here)...but if not now, then when?!). I'm still learning as much as I can both about RE investing and the Dallas/Houston area since I'm not a local. My goal is to have at least one MTR by the end of the year. I would love to connect with people in the area (or those currently investing in the area) to start building my network, team, friends to get advice, bounce ideas, and learn from. I find myself in analysis paralysis, and would like to start taking action! <3
