BUT dont oversize hot water to the bath shower  or the sink,,,again individual runs. 1/2 inch will handle all a faucet will flow.

This is true.I often overcome this objection by texting a picture of the 2 inches of paperwork in the loan file I required from the borrower to get a preapproval letter. :) My general goal is that once someone goes into contract, all I have to ask them for is updated paystubs and bank statements and to put their signature on paperwork I generate.Know that homebuyers will often feel that there is shady business afoot if you actually require them to use "your" (as the seller or listing agent) lender.

Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

We have a company that will plow when it is over 2 inches, but what do you do when there is less than that or maybe some ice? 

I would want minimum of 3 inch coming off of a toilet, 4 would be better, and I like to run 1.5'' drains off of my sinks and eventually neck them into 2'' pipe.

If you give an inch they'll take a mile.  

So I would spray the ceiling and edge the first few inches down from the ceiling with a brush or edger.

It usually has 30 inch rims and looks like a moon rover.
