Its been awhile since I posted anything, but that's because I have been super busy rehabbing houses:) Which is a good thing, however I have been running into some issues lately with building inspectors.Now I'm not one to cry "chauvinism" or "old boys club" or its because I am "a women".

Go in knowing there is an "old boys network" (which does include women who have been bidding for years) that show up and invest each year.

Based on the majority of my feedback asking sellers is he/she is interested in seller financing it's like learning to talk so women all over again!

The seller can say don't sell this property to a family or pregnant women,or and elderly couple, blacks, and Hispanics.

Once I do I'm leaving this ship and spend your hard working money on women,wine and more women and wine.

I have so much respect for our service men and women. 

We ended up moving everything out for the women and into storage.  

I get about 350 calendars of scantily clad women each year with my info printed on it.
