You can always just set up appointments, as Jennifer does, all in one day.One of my criteria items, was that if an applicant was late to an appointment with me, and they didn't call me with a great excuse, I denied them.

Sally wants top dollar, John wants a quick close, Jennifer wants a family with a dog to purchase it, Bill wants a non-contingent offer, Rose thinks the market gives a crap about her childhood memories there and should value the home accordingly, and the listing agent just says "sure, you can have ALL of that!"

@Jennifer SalazarThis is a great question and according to Frank Abagnale (he was once one of the best con artists in the world) the only way to truly verify employment is to independently find a phone number of the employer and call them, or better yet go to the employer in person and ask.
