Kansas City Mo - rent ready contractor needed

Thank you in advance for any referrals or advice you may have for a contractor in Kansas City MO who is able to help me get a SFR home rent ready. My property management company has such an inflated cost to the rehab, I decided to make it rent ready myself and not use their in house contractor.
