@Cameron Palte I have always noticed that condos don't offer the same level of appreciation as single family homes or 2-4 units.

Last allegation he burned his dinner and they called the police and reported him for cooking meth which I know isn't happening.

In fact, had the Insured in the case been the Grantor to the purchaser and the purchaser had brought suit for a breach of the title, depending on the facts alleged it's quite possible the title insurer would have been obligated to provide a defense.

While I trust my coffee connection, I haven't gotten anything in writing from this alleged 5.0% offer. 

@Cameron Masters This is our first endeavor with STR and we wanted to undercut prices to build up ratings, be Superhosts, etc so the algorithm would help us out and to show guests that our property is a great place to stay. 

He attempted to string me along, but I did my due diligence once his communication faltered even the slightest, and 7 days ago I posted his 10 day notice to comply or quit, which extends past his alleged vacancy date.
