Great wholesaling system. He is a friend of Cameron Dunlap of Real Estate Wealth Network and was one of his students. Now he has done hundreds of deals and is very down to earth. He does what he teaches, he does auctions and partners on deals so you can use his private lenders and he helps you find buyers by having you build your cash buyer list. So you're backed by his proof of funding, marketing plan, ARV analysis and he makes sure your agreements are covering you from the things that can cost you money. He's a master at this and has spent well over a thousand hours many times over. He never belittles you or make you feel like a rookie. Very easy to communicate with. Like your teammate that is one of the most efficient players. Highly recommend to help you improve your financial lifestyle.(not a get rich quick Guru, more of a get rich eventually once you renew your mind with the right knowledge consultant) My suggestion is to take one of his courses, then take his Protege 1 on 1 coaching program. ( he says he will even do deals for you if you you want)I know he has some negative reviews, but the way I see them is that you can't please everyone no matter how good your actions and intentions are. There are so many people that have been burned that they become paranoid and skeptical. His system is not for everyone because it will take a little start up capital to invest in your business. I highly recommend Jason so buy with confidence.
