Title insurance Insured: Read the policy
I have posted several times on the need to review the definition of Insured when conveying property from yourself to an LLC to be confident the LLC will be an insured under the current policy. I'm amazed the Insured in the case found at this link apparently didn't do so or whoever did didn't understand what the definition meant.
