Regarding financing with cars , it seems that many dealers aren’t even verifying income .

Hi - looking for actual verifiable info here (links would be great), not just opinions. :)We are doing a rehab in California and today (after getting signed off on everything last week) a building inspector just waltzed in the front door (no knock) and said he was there to "inspect the copper piping."

If they're not providing that, you may want to get bank statements, or existing contracts to verify what they're saying is true.

Strong fundamentals needed are a given but you can have 2 close to identical companies but one has a really strong marketing machine so stands out as different and enticing.  

Be sure you verify and use your own numbers for projected soft costs like vacancy and maintenance. 

@Marcin G.Request a Certified check from the bank then have it verified before signing . 10k is enough to warrant getting an attorney involved imho
