When I rented it out, property taxes skyrocketed because I lost the homeowner's exemption, supplemental deduction and mortgage interest exemption (for 2023).

Hi, really excited to have found bigger pockets and begin connecting with others who have been making a living off of real estate or used it as a supplemental source of income. 

Starting off, we'd somewhat limited ourselves by only interviewing a few lenders but we're currently interviewing many more to supplement in areas that previous lenders lacked.

The course is self paced and mostly text based, so I supplemented it with listening to Travis Everette's lectures of Youtube (highly recommend) and was able to pass both sections on my first try!
