There are weeks where it's a breeze, and there are weeks when I want to pull my hair out and question how long I can do this, lol.

4 of 7 rooms are already rented consisting of hair salons and a massage therapist.

Your investor friend was right to tell you to consider your future, as I was a hair stylist once, and as soon as carpal tunnel (sorry if misspelled) set in, then I knew I had to find something different!

Being as cheap as possible, I get my hair almost shaved off so I only have to go pay them about every 3-4 months:) On a different note, I had considered trying to get more into commercial.

Well, two days after listing the house we got multiple offers, some over asking, and I could not be happier and more grateful to God. 2017 was the year when I went through the lowest point of my flipping career (albeit a short 2-year one) after losing a significant amount of money and sleep and weight, hair, smile, relationships, self-confidence, and self-esteem.

They will rubberstamp old houses where somebody is living in it but go through like new owns with a fine tooth comb.

My hair dresser is actually a real estate agent as well, so she helps me a bit but I need the other pieces of the puzzle.
