Cozy is used by tons of people and I have heard it makes bookkeeping simple, plus you can probably get a lot of help right here on the forums. 

I have them apply through cozy.

You can use services such as Tenant Cloud or Cozy. 

I’d say for your first property you don’t necessarily need PM software but if you’re looking for inexpensive options check out Cozy.

You just send them a link from Cozy and the tenant is sent a request for a background check and credit check.

With in the confines of the Rocky inquiry, essentially how do I cash a check/make a deposit of a check not addressed to me, this entire conversation is fully enclosed.  

I also offer a cozy hot tub and fire place to pull in some guests in the winter months.

Is anyone still using Cozy?

I have tried Furnished Finders, Traditional rental sites such as Zillow and COZY and have even tried listing on Air BNB for traveling nurse housing for a minimum of a month stay.
