Hey Bp Family,

I closed on a four-unit house hack today in Worcester Family. Shout out to my Realtors Sabrina Sanchez and Jon Bombaci. I've learned a  lot through this platform over the past few months and this is just the beginning. What is your favorite Property Management Software and what advice would you give to a first-time owner?

Congrats @Oluwatimilehin Fagade and hopefully you feel that @Sabrina Sanchez from my team went above and beyond to get you into that 4 family in Grafton, where there aren’t many 4 families at all. 
I’d say for your first property you don’t necessarily need PM software but if you’re looking for inexpensive options check out Cozy. Let us know if you have any questions along the way and hopefully you’re ready for property #2 in no time :)
