I don't mind if people don't agree, but some people's "gotcha" questions (when I have been very transparent about my real estate experience), saying I'm a newbie that has never done any deals, talking about "training" the tenant, and telling me I'm giving flippant advice to blow OP's money because I don't personally invest in that particular niche are in poor taste.
