Needs Appliances ( stove and fridge ... $600 for both if used ). 

Then they decided to build them even cheaper - knowing they would break down sooner - and they could sell an entirely new fridge and increase revenue another 5%.PM is the same way.

This includes buying fridges and ranges for all units and paying PM to lease them up.

My last one (3 bdrm, 1 bath, 2 car SF house) ran me about 16k for everything (i.e. new flooring, drywall repair, scraping popcorn ceilings off and re-texturing, new ceiling fan, new fridge, landscaping, all new interior & exterior paint, some new electrical, foundation repair, termite treatment, complete gut & remodel of bathroom, two new doors and all new door hardware through the house, new water heater, etc etc etc).

We lost a fridge, too, but didn't replace it.

I'm doing black in my rentals, used fridges & stoves from Craigslist, new mics & dishwashers ( not much of a discount on used ones).

In our area we provide fridge and stoves in rentals.

Wanted to pass this on for those rehabbing small <upscale> properties.I was in search for a small fridge, that would fit in a 30" Wide space. 

Same idea with kitchen appliances (it has a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave Black appliances) Do I swap them out and keep them for a rental property and put new SS appliances in?
