Hello Andrew A. drew, I have heard very good ROI numbers from resorts like the Champions Gate (and similar) and I have also heard many other not so great stories of short-term investors in the Orlando area.

However I've heard that it is pretty laxed and there is a lot of grey area and most people as @Drew Macomber stated don't really pay any attention or bother doing it.
