Two strikes.

Just last night I was on a foreclosure auction web site, so the parallel between the days of the Great Depression and our own recent Recession was interesting, but the contrast between the technology involved in selling these was striking!  

(In my area, it is and I suspect our markets are similar)  This will dictate the finish out you have to do to get decent tenants.(2) For an 1800 square foot, your $5k budget strikes me as insanely low.  

Similar I would think.We haven't caught up with technology in our legal system, but seems we are getting there, thinking about the bullying laws, rumors or misinformation and slander, where those that incite or are abusive are ending up taking responsibility for their actions.We will see what happens today or if they are tired of shouting over there.It was reported that they have 4 in custody in Lybia responsible for the attack and more to come.And as mentioned above, the movie may have been used as an opportunity to blame an already planned attack which is more likely related to the killing of an Al-quida leader in a drone strike.

I had originally written in my contract that a certified plumber inspect the piping and my daughter, the realtor thought it was restrictive and asked to strike it as a contingency.

It maybe that you put in your time at someone else's brokerage to learn, then strike out on your own.

I have no experience in real estate investing, but this strikes me as at least a fair deal.

I know some folks who don't do much self-analysis and want to go out and see anything that arbitrarily strikes them as interesting.

But it takes time to build a team or strike that first deal.

There are two very common reasons for using a HML  -  a) Hard Money can help you buy a property very quickly - so you either dont loose it or you can strike a better deal moving so quickly; and b) some banks these days, regardless of property condition, want to see a stabilized property (under your ownership) for 6+ months.
