Centrally located near the shops and public transportation, and schools. check check check. 

I then built extra living space for the lower unit that enclosed the previously exposed lower patio area with new insulated 2x6 walls & insulated 2x8 subfloors.

Transportation is a major source of jobs here, FedEx, Trucking, Railroad, River Transportation are some of the major players as well as AutoZone and International Paper world HQ located here. 

So far, the only good thing about the house is the location/proximity to things like transportation/school/shopping.Thanks for the feedback so far everyone!

We use title, attorneys, mortgage brokers, sub contractors, marketing, goods,transportation, and all the others that company's that I can't think of right now..What do you think???

Your right about depreciation. the older the car the less depreciation as it becomes basic transportation only.

The reason I entered was because when I went to pick up the rent check the community enclosed front porch reeked of animal urine.
