NOw those are great rentals.. you can hardly hurt them and to do a turn over cost very little.. one bathroom one kitchen.. little square box.they have zero curb appeal .. but as a pure rental.. when you look at some of the other ones i looked at  bigger houses big sq footages those are going to lose money over time in the rental game. 

I would say it's over priced, cluttered and needs some serious curb appeal and landscaping clean up.

Generally the properties in the district are older, well built, have greater curb appeal, and are closer to Broadway.  

Good systems and processes will curb the risk of these tougher areas.

The US is way ahead of the rest of the western world in curbing inflation, yet home prices haven't collapsed. 

If that house is vacant and over grown with weeds bringing down the curb appeal then the neighbors of they have a phone number would gladly give it to you to help make the neighborhood look good. 

While the 1920s have great curb appeal, they are expensive to rehab - everything was custom built on site by carpenters.

Keep the faith that they'll be on the curb soon.  

This will help with curb-appeal and may add value in the long run.

I've heard Brian say it's a good strategy overall, but that was not when the Fed has raised interest rates 7 times in a row to curb high inflation -- a rough environment for sure.
